We use Cloudcheck to verify your identity. Sometimes, if the images are unclear or your face is being obstructed, your identity will not be able to verified. If this happens, we will get in touch.

If Cloudcheck doesn't work initially, we recommend trying a different camera on another device. Cloudcheck allows you to switch to another device at the beginning of the verification process.
